Pastries

We make and bake a variety of pastries in house. These pastries follow our shop ethic, meaning that we source these ingredients to be the highest quality possible. These pastries are used with fresh milled grains like everything else we make.


Croissant

Classic butter croissant with layers of butter and dough making a beautifully flakey treat.

Chocolate Croissant

That delicious croissant base with high quality chocolate to bring this to an incredible dessert.

Cookies

Chocolate Chip, Ginger Molasses, Oatmeal Raisin, and our new Nelson Cookie with butterscotch, pecans, and sour cherries.

Coffee Cake

Our delicious Sonora white wheat based coffee cake filled with seasonal goodies like blueberries, dates and walnuts, or sometimes figs and pistachio.

Morning Buns

Soft, fluffy, yeasted dough in a bath of butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. So gooey, so good!
